Eligibility for the Scholarship:
- Eligible Countries: Students from the following countries have been recipients of the Morton award: Bangladesh, Brunei, China, Japan, Kenya, South Korea, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan and Trinidad and Tobago.
